Shipping time depends on the product purchased and your delivery location.

Typical delivery time after processing is:

Lost or Delayed Packages

Identity Shift System is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Identity Shift System is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
